OUR CONDITION STANDARDS
Every item we receive goes through a rigorous quality inspection before being listed. Select designer pieces are additionally reviewed by trained staff to check for flaws and signs of counterfeit. Items are categorized into the following conditions:
Excellent
Practically new with no visible signs of wear or washing.

✔ No flaws
Very Good
No major flaws. May show light fading or pilling in areas such as knees, seams, or hems. Hardware may have minor surface scratches.
Good
Gently worn but still in good condition. May include minor wear, such as:

Items with visible flaws that may require repair, but still have life left in them. Often from high-demand or best-selling brands, making them eligible for resale despite imperfections.
